What I will do for HOME SELLERS - I will list your home for sale for a FLAT FEE of $1900...
- I will List your home in the MLS and on 12 websites (realtor.com, homes.com, etc...)
- A color picture of your home is advertised in the Keller Williams Homes For Sale monthly magazine (found at restaurants, shopping centers, etc...)
- I will coordinate all the paperwork from beginning to end and consult you throughout the entire process of selling your home.
- A Keller Williams sign is put in your front yard.
- I will inform all the agents in my office about your home for sale.
- I will monitor the sales activity and provide you with weekly updates.
- I will make custom feature sheets for the home.
- Hold open houses (if desired).
- I will provide and interpret a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to see what's "Active" on the market and what has "Sold" over the previous months to help formulate your selling price.
- I will give you pointers to prepare the property for showings.
* So, How much will it cost you? One of three things can happen:
* If you find the buyer, you just pay the flat fee.
* If I find the buyer, you will only have to pay the flat fee + 2% - that's all!
* If another agent finds the buyer, you will have to pay them 3% and me the flat fee.
All in all, you will save THOUSANDS in commissions!

- To help you find a Home I use the Michigan Realtor¿s MLS system that is updated daily and I will show you all properties even those "for sale by owner".
- I will send you constant updates on homes new to the market that meet your buying criteria - Customized reports via mail, email, fax or phone.
